I don't often get the chance to share this band with my friends on Cape Cod. I hope you'll join us for an evening filled with music and fun.
Our last Cape appearance was in South Dennis, closing out Cape Symphony's SUMMER JAZZ '24 concert series at Devil's Purse Brewing Co.
We are thrilled to be crossing the canal again! This time, I'll bring these talented musicians to South Yarmouth.
The CULTURAL CENTER of CAPE COD is one of my favorite Cape venues for live music and more. I've played there with The Wayne Naus Quintet and various Bart Weisman Jazz ensembles. My duets with pianist, Tim Ray, honoring Duke Ellington and Billie Holiday, have also been well received there.
Please join me again, when I return on Friday November 15th, in collaboration with these four talented gentlemen, collectively known as, EVENING SKY.
In their home state of Rhode Island, they have been awarded Motif Magazine's Best Jazz Act, for two years running. Clearly their fan base has been growing, as they are also three-time nominees in the same category for the broader reaching New England Music Awards.
They are an inventive Jazz/Roots quartet, who artfully blend their years of eclectic individual musical experiences into a treasure trove of original tunes and bring new life to time-honored covers you love.
